Day 1

I was lazy today.  I ended having a protein shake for breakfast and lunch.  Some of you tried the alkaline broth.  Let me know how it tastes.  I couldn't find the spaghetti squash so, for dinner I had:
Chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme
1/2 of a yam
Salad with olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon, salt and pepper.

I am also adding some other dinner ideas as well as the alkaline broth recipe.
